The Vicitra Project
At Vicitra we offer teacher and therapist training, personal development courses and consultations.
The practice and study of yoga, the principles of detox and conscious massage are our main tools. Through these three complementary branches of our activity, we accompany you on the path to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Whether you wish to discover a new discipline or benefit from individual therapy, we will adapt our approach to your needs.
Our weekly yoga classes are accessible to all and our teachers are all trained by Marc Beuvain. You can choose from different types of classes according to your abilities, your needs and your rythm : Yoga for Serenity ; Yoga for balance ; Yoga for Vitality ; Yoga for Back Problems.
Marc’s goal is the wide and authentic transmission of the tools of independence in physical and mental health. He endeavours to teach yoga in a way that is loyal to its true purpose: tending towards freedom of consciousness and the consequential individual and collective transformations. At the age of 22 he travelled to India to study the practice and ancient texts of yoga for one year, and subsequently returned there for several further long study periods over a period of eight years. During this same period Marc taught in homes for mentally ill people, in retirement homes, schools, hospitals, orphanages, and in the workplace. He also taught internationally at seminars in Australia, America, Europe and Brazil. Marc’s unique approach emerged from the reality of all these experiences and encounters. The knowledge and awareness gained in this way have led to a depth of teaching that is at once grounded in an intimate knowledge of traditional Indian teaching and infused with living personal experience.
Peter speaks Dutch, French and English and has taught yoga in Brussels since 2013. He is passionate about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, along with regular contact with nature and plant foods. He met Marc Beuvain at a workshop in 2015 and has continued training with him, integrating his unique approach to yoga as a grounding practice. At Vicitra, Peter offers group classes and introductory workshops about living plant foods.

She was very touched by the the impact the the teaching had on participants. Her desire to bring this holistic approach and unique teaching method to a greater number of people now motivates her as she manages the Brussels Vicitra Centre and teaches several weekly yoga classes there.

For Vicitra, she teaches group classes and one to ones.

Rébecca began yoga fifteen years ago to find calm and relieve back pain, but she quickly discovered that yoga could bring her much more than that. She began studying the Yoga Sutras with Marc Beuvain and this motivated her to complete a complete training course with him. Rébecca has been teaching yoga since 2012 and is also a coach and trainer for wellness in the workplace. For Vicitra, she offers group classes in French and one to one sessions.
Sarah discovered yoga ten years ago. With issues from the past to resolve, she was able to find her path through yoga and experience a state of well-being which nourished a new relationship with herself. Her first training was in a more physical approach to yoga, and she subsequently found Marc Beuvain when she was in search of spirituality and personal development. It was during a pranayama workshop that she first became aware of the space inside of herself. As she teaches, she seeks to share. She invites each of her students to nourish this relationship with themselves as she has been able to do through her own practice. She gives group classes at Vicitra.
